We can basically work with anything. For best results, use high‑resolution images (at least 150–300 DPI), avoid cropping key details too close to the edges, and check spelling, colors, and contrast before approving.

Because customized or made-to-order items are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these products unless there is a verified quality defect or we made an error with your order (e.g., incorrect personalization, wrong specifications, damaged or faulty workmanship).

Shipping generally takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Shipping time does not include processing time during which products are designed and printed. Personalized products are usually designed and printed within 2-4 business days and dispatched on the same or next day.

For pictures, although we can basically work with anything, we suggest you make the edits if necessary before uploading. If you choose the "all-over" print style, please upload pictures with no background to present best results. In general, a well-lit, high-resolution picture is recommended
