Return and Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, please note that all final-sale items and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Also, international orders outside the US are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns & exchanges are subject to a $10 shipping fee and 20% restocking fee per item.
An additional $5 fee will be implemented if a product is received with an unreasonable amount of hair or fur. Please lint roll all items before returning.
Any return or exchange that is sent back to us containing non-refundable items will be considered an unauthorized return and can not be refunded.
Shopping Details
We offer free shipping for orders over $120. International shipping with tracking is supported.
Shipping generally takes 7-12 business days depending on your location. Shipping time does not include processing time during which products are designed and printed. Personalized products are usually designed and printed within 2-4 business days and dispatched on the same or next day.

How to Make Your Personalized Products?
Send the photo or text you wish to print on the products to the email address Support@MyCutieFriend.com with your order number Then our designers will design it for you.
The custom printing area is shown in the product pictures. We can basically work with anything. A decently lit high-resolution photo is recommended to present best results.
